I spent a decade building and modernizing required training programs at scale for a large financial institution, including a full compliance catalog serving thousands of employees across multiple business lines and M&A integrations. That work reduced annual required training from 15 hours to 9, consolidated new hire training from 9 hours across multiple courses to 2 hours in one integrated program, and delivered over $636,000 in documented first-year impact.

Before corporate L&D, I spent years in the classroom teaching history, literature, economics, and technology. That is where I learned that behavior change does not happen through information transfer. It happens when content connects to real decisions people face in real moments. That belief has driven every program I have built since.

Outside of work I am usually with my family, my daughter who is in the Air National Guard, and our three pets: Rue, Ginny, and Scarlet. I believe the best work comes from people who stay curious, stay connected, and occasionally laugh at themselves.
