Employee hours returned to the business annually.
Documented first-year impact in wage value and development savings.
New hire training redesigned from 9 hours across multiple courses to 2 hours in one integrated program. 34.4% average course duration reduction across all programs.
Required training is one of the highest-cost, lowest-impact investments most organizations make. Employees complete it. Auditors sign off. Behavior does not change. Because behavior change does not happen in a 45-minute annual course. It happens in the small decisions employees make every single day.
When an employee is on the phone with a frustrated customer, they are not thinking about the quiz they passed last October. That is where business risk lives. And that is where required training either paid off or did not. SparkForward redesigns required training programs that connect to real work, reduce actual risk, and return measurable value to the business. Not just to pass an audit.
The diagnostic lens for evaluating any required learning program. Connected. Outcome-driven. Risk-informed. Evidence-based.
The design and delivery process SparkForward uses to redesign required training so it changes behavior and returns measurable results.
Required training that satisfies auditors, changes how employees work, and returns measurable value to the business.

I am Kristi Stewart, M.S., CPTD. I spent a decade building and modernizing required training programs at scale, including a full compliance catalog serving thousands of employees across multiple business lines and M&A integrations.
Before corporate L&D, I was a teacher. I have always been in the business of behavior change. SparkForward is how I bring that work to organizations that are ready to treat required training as a strategic asset, not just a compliance obligation.
I serve as National Advisor to Chapters for ATD and speak on required learning design and strategy.
